We currently utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary carrier, however check back regularly to find out about the new vendors we will be adding in the coming months! Currently all orders will be accompanied by a USPS tracking number. This number allows our customers to track their orders from start to finish. Your BOOMZ Audio Portable Audio Device should arrive to you, unless otherwise specified, with in 2 weeks of ordering. Please note that we use boxes that are smaller then average to cut down on waste and we do invite everyone to recycle our packaging in its entirety. BOOMZ does not use plastic or Styrofoam in our warehouse or packaging. Additionally we do not print invoices or packing slips. We utilize a completely electronic system.

BOOMZ Audio does not share your information with any third party clients. Your privacy is important to us. Unless otherwise sated we will only contact you per the details entered into your account settings, or in the capacity that is implied by entering into a monetary transaction. All information is held at the utmost security and will be treated as though it was our own.

At BOOMZ we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your device is defective for any reason we will replace your BOOMZ no questions asked within 30 days. If you are so disappointed, although we sincerely doubt you will be, with the performance of your BOOMZ portable audio system we will refund your full purchase, all we ask is that you return the item in it's original condition.
Once received, we will be happy to credit your account or refund your purchase via certified check. In the event you return a defective speaker or if the speaker is damaged in any way we will be happy to discuss terms for the settlement of the purchase however we will not guarantee the reimbursement of products that exhibit the following characteristics:
• If the product has been submerged in water.
• If the product has been tampered with (ie: if the casing is detached from the base, if the plastic base is no longer present, if the buttons have been tampered with, if the SD card slot has been tampered with/bent.
• If the earphone jack or USB input show signs of improper use up to but not limited to improper cable use.
(Only BOOMZ cables should be used with BOOMZ devices)

AT BOOMZ we believe in one affordable price all the time. We currently do not authorize pricing less then $39.95. Our goal is to create a hassle free pricing model that allows customers to buy with confidence knowing that they will always find our products at a fair rate.

Once you have ordered your BOOMZ Audio device, allow for shipping and handling. Typically your order will leave our warehouse same day if you order comes in before 3:00pm PST. If you want to track your order please refer to the shipping information section at the top and review the information about USPS tracking numbers.

- In order to expedite your order please make sure that your information is accurate in your account settings. If there are inaccuracies in any of your account information this can delay the arrival of your product. Of course you can order a BOOMZ without creating an account however we do hope you check back for updates and new products if you do.
